We at Hooak, believe that you Our Mission is to ensure that every student has access to the resources, support, and environment they need to maintain strong mental health and emotional well-being, At Hooak Trust, we are united by one mission—to free every youth from mental suffering. whether it's daily mental conflicts, life-threatening negative thoughts, academic pressure, career confusion, struggles with parents, or harmful habits, our goal is to empower youth to take charge of their mental well-being. After working closely with thousands of young individuals over the past 7+ years, we discovered a powerful insight: Almost all mental disturbances stem from two core issues—lack of self-awareness and discrimination.
